Kwara Gov felicitates Senator Sadiq Umar at 53

Senator Sadiq Umar is a decent politician whose idea of leadership, party politics, and development is progressive and commendable, Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq has said, as the senator celebrates his 53rd birthday.

The Governor congratulated the Senator representing the Kwara North District on the anniversary of his birth, acknowledging his consistent support for the administration and the party every step of the way since 2019 and commending his bold commitment to legislative excellence and development of his constituency.

“I join the people of Kwara North to celebrate Dan Amar of Kaiama and Lafiagi on this day. We pray Allah to continue to guide him to continue to serve his people meritoriously.

I am proud of the Senator’s passion for real development and issues-based politics that is anchored on the primacy of societal good above other interest,” according to a Government House statement.
