New Year Tragedy: Middle-aged man hangs himself in Ilorin

A yet to be identified middle-aged man early this morning took his life along Enyenkorin Area in Ilorin the Kwara State capital.

THE PRIME NEWS gathered that the man allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself to death under the tree along the Ilorin-Eyenkorin road.

An eyewitness, Alhaji Waheed told that they found a little paper under the tree with a phone number belonging to his wife and his brother from Gombe State, written on it.

Officers from Budo Nuhu Division of the Kwara State Police Command immediately visited the scene and have taken the body to the mortuary of the General Hospital, Ilorin.
