Ramadan: Islamic Welfare Foundation hosts first Tefsir Quran, Fidau for late Saka Isau, SAN in Ilorin

In Ilorin, the Kwara State capital,the Islamic Welfare Foundation (IWF) on Saturday organized its Ramadan lecture, focusing on Tafsir Quran.

The event also featured, a fidau prayer session was held for one of the prominent member of the Foundation, late Barrister Saka Isau, SAN.

A popular Ilorin Scholar, Dr. Sheikh Yusuf Kolawale Jumuah, led the Muslim congratulations at the event in Prayer.

The fidau prayer was to pay tribute to the late Isau, recognizing his contributions to Kwara State, Nigeria and the IWF.

During the prayer, Sheikh Jumuah described late Isau as knowledgeable and philanthropic person.

According to him, Isau’s passing is mourned as a significant loss to the legal field, the state, IWF and the country.

“Last year Ramadan we attended the Tefsir Quran together but Almighty Allah did not allow him to witness this year Ramadan.”

The IWF offered prayers for the soul of Issau and the well-being of all members, pray for prosperity and longevity.
