The Community Health Institute (CHI) in collaboration with Community Health Practitioners Registration Board of Nigeria (CHPRBN) & Association of Community Health Practitioners of Nigeria (ACHPN) will be organizing a One (1) day programme with Theme: “Strengthening the Nigeria Health System, the roles of Community Health Practitioners on Wednesday 9th July, 2025 at the Corporative Hall of Kwara State Ministry of Health, Fate Road, Ilorin at 10:00am promptly.

In a press release signed by Kwara State Secretary, Mallam Jimoh Ibrahim it indicated that the Executive Governor of Kwara State, Chairman, Nigerian Governor Forum (NGF) & Sardanna of Ilorin Emirate Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, will be the Special Guest of Honour, Chairman of the Occasion is Dr. Bashir Idris, Registrar/CEO, Community Health Practitioners Registration Board of Nigeria (CHPRBN) while Comrade Kabir Yahya Ahmed, National President of Association of Community Health Practitioners of Nigeria (ACHPN) will be in attendance, Hon. Commissioner for Health Dr. Amina Ahmed El-Imam will be Chief Host, Dr. Onowola RM, Director of the Community Health institute (CHI) will be the Keynote Speaker, Prof. Nusirat Elelu, Executive Secretary, Kwara State Primary Health Development Agency (PHCDA) will co-host and Comrade Aremu Joseph Olusola, Chairman, Kwara Chapter of Association of Community Health Practitioners of Nigeria (ACHPN) will be present to receive august visitors and show Kwara State hospitality to its fullest.

The State Secretary of Association of Community Health Practitioners of Nigeria (ACHPN) Mallam Jimoh Ibrahim emphasized that tomorrow’s program is important to all practitioners to attend as a pre-requisite to be able to renew their license and to have latest update about their Profession.
