Governors of Plateau State, Caleb Mutfwang and his Akwa Ibom counterpart, Umo Uno were part of the guests at the State house on Thursday.
President Tinubu in a tweet revealed that he is keen to build a working relationship with all the 36 governors of the Federation in the larger interest of Nigeria.
“I was delighted, this morning, to receive in audience Governor Caleb Mutfwang of Plateau State Caleb Mutfwang and later, Governor Umo Eno of Akwa Ibom. I look forward to a cordial and constructive relationship with all 36 Governors as we work to build a safe, secure and prosperous Nigeria for the benefit of all Nigerians”
Earlier on Wednesday, the President has met with all the 36 Governors of the federation to discuss issues of National interest.
The aftermath of the meeting saw all the State chief executives declaring their support for the President on the removal of subsidy.
