Kwara Kiddies League unveils nominees for August Coach of the month award

The Kwara Kiddies League has announced its nominees for the U14 Coach of the Month award for August 2024. Six outstanding coaches have been shortlisted for their impressive team performances.

The Nominees

Gaa Akanbi’s team led by Aransiojo- Marcus Jide secured 11 points with three wins, two draws, and one loss. They scored 10 goals and conceded four, with three clean sheets.

Lambe Jamiu of Koller FA stands out with an unbeaten record in August, earning 16 points from five wins and one draw. His team scored the highest number of goals (16) and maintained five clean sheets, conceding only two goals.

Ajayi Oluwaseyi’s KFA team gathered 14 points from four wins and two draws. They conceded the lowest number of goals (1) and achieved five clean sheets.

Oniye Muhammed’s Makamz FA secured nine points with two wins, three draws, and one loss. His team scored four goals and conceded four, with three clean sheets.

Lukman Balogun’s Solicitors FA earned 11 points with three wins, two draws, and one loss. They scored six goals and conceded two, with four clean sheets.

Ibrahim Rasaq’s Unicorn FA gathered nine points from two wins, three draws, and one loss. His team scored seven goals and conceded three, with three clean sheets.

These coaches have demonstrated exceptional tactical acumen and leadership skills, guiding their teams to impressive performances. The winner of the Coach of the Month award will be eagerly anticipated as they will be voted for by the league board officials, Coaches and fans.

Voting Process

The winner will be determined through a combined voting process involving the league board, coaches, and fans. The league board’s vote will account for 50% of the total score, while the coaches’ votes will contribute 30%, and the fans’ votes will make up the remaining 20%.

Fans are encouraged to vote on the Kwara Kiddies League’s official website and social media channels. Voting will be opened on Tuesday, September 24 and close on Thursday, September 26, 2024, with the winner set to be announced on Saturday, September 28, 2024, by 11:15 am.
