Kwara North Stakeholders Mourn the Passing of Hon. Ahman Pategi

The Kwara North Stakeholders Consultative Forum (KWNSCF) is in mourning following the passing of Hon. Aliyu Bahago Ahman-Pategi, the Galadiman Patigi and Pro-Chancellor of Ahman Patigi University in Patigi.

Described as an illustrious son of Kwara North, Hon. Pategi was known for his courage, vision for unity, and commitment to the development of the region.

This was contained in the press statement issued by the Chairman of the Forum, Comrade Abdullahi Aliyu Lade, and Secretary Hon. Is’hak Mohammed Sabi expressing their grief over the loss.

The statement highlighted Hon. Pategi’s dedication to promoting unity and development in Kwara North.

The Forum,emphasized his belief in the importance of education as a tool for sustainable development, noting that his establishment of Ahman Pategi University was a testament to his commitment to the region.

The Forum called on traditional leaders, community leaders, political actors, and stakeholders to honor Hon. Pategi’s legacy and ensure the sustainability of the university he founded.

Despite his untimely passing, Hon. Pategi’s impact on Kwara North and his support for the KWNSCF’s mission to promote justice, equity, and fairness in the region will not be forgotten.

As believers in the plan of the Almighty, the Forum expressed its condolences to Hon. Pategi’s family and prayed for their strength during this difficult time.

The Forum noted that the late Ahman-Pategi may have left this world, but his legacy and contributions to Kwara North will continue to resonate for years to come.
