BREAKING: Soun appoints new Imam for palace

The 28th Soun of Ogbomoso is Ọba Ghandi Afọlábí Ọláoyè, Orumógege III has appointed Ustaz Habib Ahmed Adekunle Abdul Wahab has Imam of Soun’s Palace.

According to the statement released by Ọba Ghandi Afọlábí Ọláoyè, Orumógege III , the newly appointed Imam will not only lead prayers within the palace but also represent Palace in any religious matters concerning the Muslim community both within Ogbomosho town and outside.

The newly appointed Imam is a biological son of Imam Mahmud Ayilara.
