Emir arrives into warm hands of his people – Secretary

The Ilorin Emirate Secretary Alhaji Sunmail Adetunji Lawal and trusted aide to Mai Maritaba, His Royal Highness Alhaji (Dr.) Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, CFR Emir of Ilorin and Chairman, Kwara State Traditional Council confirmed the arrival of the Royal Father few days ago from his vacation from Istabul, Turkey into warm embrace of his people said.

The Secretary Ilorin Emirate Council, known for his competence and experience noted the joyrous moments that welcomed the First Class Monarch into his magnificent palace as, “very entertaining, pleasant and remarkable”, he stated further, “Our dear people have missed the Royal Father for a while, this showed in their overwhelming heart warming welcome to the Frontline traditional ruler that symbolizing courage, sacrifice, higher service to humanity and commitment to cultural and heritage preservation”.

Speaking with NATIONAL MOONLIGHT in his Oja-Oba office, he said, “am personally happy together with the palace workers to see the revered royal father arrived very fresh, better and more healthy.

I pray that Almighty Allah will continue to grant our Royal Father continued good health, longer life and sound mind in happiness”, the Emirate Secretary noted.

The palace administrator said, “I thank everyone for this show of love and support to Emir in time like this…. I urge the entire people of the emirate to keep supporting and praying for our Royal Father who is a peace maker”.

NATIONAL MOONLIGHT gathered that both old and young, male and female, poor and rich including the vulnerables showed their love to the monarch, an old woman who doesn’t want her name in print said, “You know our dear Emir is very popular, well accepted and loved by many, so we have to show our gratitude to Allah for bringing him back to us in good health and sound mind.

Mai Maritaba, is good for his time and to all, that is why he is receiving reciprocal benevolence from across the emirate. Now that our Royal Father is around, the palace will come alive with its activities, official engagements and funfairs while everybody will be happy”, the Septuagenarian woman concluded.
