Monde Aliyu Umar picks APC Nomination forms, vows to win 2027 election

A prominent grassroots politician and chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Hon. Monde Aliyu Umar, has officially picked his expression of interest and nomination forms, declaring his readiness to contest and win in the 2027 general elections.

Speaking after obtaining the forms, Monde Umar described the move as a clear signal of his seriousness and commitment to the race, expressing confidence in the overwhelming support he enjoys across the Kaiama/Baruten Federal Constituency in Kwara North.

“I have picked the forms to show that I am a serious-minded aspirant.

By the grace of God and with the massive support of my people, victory is certain in 2027,” he said.

He maintained that his ambition is driven by a desire to provide effective representation at the House of Representatives, stressing that he possesses the experience, grassroots connection and leadership capacity required to serve his constituents at the national level.

Reaffirming his confidence, the APC stalwart dismissed concerns about competition from other aspirants, insisting that his widespread support base and consistent engagement with the people position him strongly for success.

“I am fully prepared for this journey. There is no going back only forward movement. By God’s grace, we will emerge victorious,” he added.

Monde Umar also expressed appreciation to his supporters, associates and stakeholders across the constituency for their continued encouragement and guidance.

He pledged that his candidacy would usher in a new phase of quality representation, impactful legislation, and tangible development for the people of Kaiama/Baruten Federal Constituency.
