Barrister Abubakar Bature Sulu Gambari, SAN, the Ciroma Ngeri Ilorin Emirate has enjoined the entire Muslim Ummah in and around the Emirate to celebrate this year (2026) Eid-el-kabir with one and another in peace while caring for the less privileged in the society.
He made this known in a media chat on telephone chat.

“I call on well-to-Muslims in the society to continue to support the less privileged to alleviate their suffering”.
Alhaji Abubakar Sulu Gambari, SAN advised all and sundry to pray regularly for our government at all levels and for their success, while admonishing people of the Emirate, to demonstrate a greater spirit of tolerance and commitment to peaceful co-existence which he described as a pre-requisite for unity and love within the Emirate.
“We must be our brothers keeper at all times and be security conscious, avoid late night outing, going out alone at odd hours, travelling late at night, inform someone of your where about at any point in time and be law abiding citizen is requested from everyone.
The Ciroma Ngeri Ilorin Emirate asseverated, that “His Royal Highness Mai Maritaba, Alhaji (Dr) Ibrahim Sulu Gamabri, CFR, the eleventh Emir of Ilorin Emirate he is celebrated as an enigma by many because he has touched many lives, he uplifts Ilorin Emirate and its environs and Kwara State in general”.
He appreciated prayers and active supports of the people of the Emirate to the Royal father at all times.
“The enthronement of the frontline traditional ruler more than thirty (30) years ago has attracted tremendous growth and development to Ilorin Emirate, its communities and environs with the strong demonstration of vision and commitments towards the preservation of the tradition, custom and culture of Ilorin people Ciroma Ngeri noted.
“As a devoted family man, he balances community engagements and private commitment, maintaining humility despite very tight schedules, cerebrally endowed legal luminary with higher ability to inspire confidence across divines. He cultivated not just reputation for leadership, but for steadiness – earning respect across the royal lineage and the palace”.
Barrister Bature congratulate Muslims in the Emirate in this year Ileya festival and wished them Allah’s blessings, protection, providence, progress and that Ilorin Emirate will continue to grow in leaps and bounds, Insha Allah Amin.
