Ilorin Emirate Secretary urges residents to promote peace, help the vulnerable

Ilorin Emirate Secretary, Alhaji Sunmail Adetunji Lawal has enjoined it’s people to uphold peace while caring for the less privileged in the society.

He said in a media chat on telephone, “Times are hard, the economic hardship experienced by Nigerians is unimaginable.

I call on our brothers and sisters in the society to continue to support the less privileged in alleviating their suffering”.

He stated further, “we should be able to be our brothers keeper at all times by demonstrating a greater spirit of tolerance & commitment to peaceful co-existence which he described as a pre-requisite for unity and love within the Emirate.”

Alhaji Sunmail Adetunji Lawal charged inhabitants of the Emirate to be law abiding citizen, be their brother’s keeper, pay their dues & development levies & regularly pray for our leaders in government at all levels for their success”, The Palace Secretary & trusted aide of the front line Royal father asserted.

His Royal Highness, Maimaritaba Alhaji (Dr) lbrahim Sulu Gambari, CFR, the Emir of ilorin continue to uplifts ilorin Emirate & environs and Kwara state in general – that’s why he is celebrated as an enigma, the Emirate Secretary concluded.
