Kwara 2027: AOT picks APC guber forms

A significant milestone was recorded on Sunday as nomination and expression of interest forms were officially submitted at the prestigious Ladi Kwali Conference Centre in Abuja, marking a decisive step in the ongoing political process.

The submission, which took place on May 3, 2026, was received by members of the National Working Committee of the All Progressives Congress (APC), led by the National Chairman, Sulaiman Argungu.

Also present were the National Women Leader, Pastor (Mrs) Mary Alile, Alhaji Tasiu Mohammed and other key party officials, who acknowledged the submission alongside accompanying documents.

The development signals the formal commencement of the race, with party stakeholders expressing readiness and optimism ahead of the next phase of the political exercise.

Speaking after the submission, supporters expressed appreciation to party members and well-wishers for their continued backing, describing the moment as a collective achievement.

They also conveyed confidence in the journey ahead, expressing hope for a successful outcome and assuring supporters that their efforts would ultimately be rewarded.
