OCDC President, Engr. Olaniyan congratulates New Omo Ibile Igbomina leadership in Ifelodun LG

The President of Ora Community Development Council (OCDC), Engr. Azeez Abiodun Olaniyan, has congratulated the newly inaugurated executives of Omo Ibile Igbomina in Ifelodun Local Government Area under the leadership of Alhaji Abdulganiyu Olanrewaju Oladele, the Asiwaju of Aperun.

In a congratulatory message issued, Engr. Olaniyan said the inauguration marks a new dawn for unity, cultural promotion and grassroots development among Igbomina sons and daughters in Ifelodun LGA and across Kwara South.

“On behalf of His Royal Majesty, the Olora of Ora, the Olora-in-Council, and the entire Ora Community, I wish to congratulate the newly inaugurated Omo Ibile Igbomina leadership in Ifelodun Local Government Area on this prestigious and important community development assignment,” Engr. Olaniyan stated.

He described Alhaji Abdulganiyu Olanrewaju Oladele as a respected community leader whose wealth of experience, integrity and commitment to service make him eminently qualified to lead the association at this time.

He expressed confidence that the new executive team will uphold the ideals of Omo Ibile Igbomina.

Engr. Olaniyan noted that socio-cultural organizations like Omo Ibile Igbomina play a critical role in mobilizing people for development, preserving cultural heritage and bridging the gap between government and the grassroots.

He urged the new leadership to prioritize youth empowerment, education, peacebuilding and projects that will directly impact communities.

The OCDC President also commended the outgoing leadership for laying a solid foundation and called on all stakeholders in Igbomina land to support the new executives to succeed.

He emphasized that collective effort is needed to advance the socio-economic wellbeing of Igbomina communities.

He prayed for God’s guidance, wisdom, and strength upon the Chairman, Alhaji Abdulganiyu Olanrewaju Oladele and his team.
