Governorship aspirant, Dr. Oluwatoyin Tajudeen Alabi (AOT), has sponsored 50 students to sit for the ongoing National Examinations Council (NECO) examinations, as part of efforts to promote access to education and support young learners.
The initiative, which covers the full examination costs for the beneficiaries, is aimed at reducing the financial burden on students and their families, particularly amid prevailing economic challenges affecting access to basic educational needs.

Dr. Alabi has repeatedly underscored the critical role of education in driving sustainable development, noting that investing in young people remains one of the most effective ways to secure a better future for society.
The sponsorship reflects his broader commitment to human capital development, ensuring that deserving students are not denied academic opportunities due to financial limitations.
Observers say such interventions highlight the growing role of private individuals in complementing government efforts within the education sector, especially in areas like examination funding and student support.
The move has been widely regarded as a timely contribution to advancing education and empowering the next generation, reinforcing the importance of sustained investment in human development across the country.
